Hygienic IQF freezer
The patented Cryoline® CW (CRYOWAVE™) is the world’s first hygienic IQF freezer with proprietary rollingwave action. Ideal for diced poultry, pizza toppings, pasta, fruits and other high-value IQF products, the high-efficiency CRYOWAVE freezer provides significant cost savings vs. existing cryogenic IQF freezers such as flighted freezers or mullti-pass freezers, eliminating CO2 snow carryover, and improving cleanability.
Diced products and other small items that tend to clump or stick to belts can be chilled or frozen at high production rates. The proprietary rolling-wave action gently tumbles layered products and keeps them separate as they rapidly freeze and seal in moisture. Precise controls minimize fines loss and lock in moisture, shape and quality for higher yield.

The CRYOLINE®XF is a high-performance spiral freezer built for relatively large production capacities. The patented CRYOLINE XF technology delivers twice the heat transfer rate of standard cryogenic spiral freezers, making it twice as powerful. In addition, the CRYOLINE XF has a smaller footprint, a higher production capacity and a higher efficiency than existing cryogenic spiral freezers.
